Territory’s critical minerals shine on national stage
The Northern Territory (NT) is positioning itself to be an important supplier of critical minerals in the global transition to clean energy technologies with 5 NT projects listed in the 2024 Australian critical minerals prospectus.
The prospectus is an Australian Government flagship critical minerals publication and is a go-to source for international investors looking for investment-ready projects.
The current Australian critical minerals prospectus lists 52 high-quality investment ready critical mineral projects in Australia. Five NT projects included in this list, are Rover 1, BP33, Winchester, Nolans and Molyhil Tungsten.
As global demand is rapidly growing for critical minerals this presents a substantial economic and strategic opportunity for the NT and investment partners.
The projects listed in the prospectus have the potential to address forecast production shortfalls, build supply chains and transition to a net zero future.
