Antonio's Kitchen, a charming cafe in Knuckey Lagoon, has been awarded the 2023 Study NT International Student Employer of the Year. This prestigious award is a testament to the exceptional support and opportunities that Antonio's Kitchen has provided to international students.

Led by owner and chef Antonio, the cafe has welcomed and trained 12 international early-cookery students over the past year. In this supportive team environment, students have gained valuable hands-on experience in essential kitchen and cookery skills, setting them up for success in their future careers.

Beyond providing employment and training, Antonio's Kitchen also demonstrates a deep commitment to the local community. During the 2023 Moon Festival, the business made and donated 250 mooncakes to the Chung Wah Society, Darwin, contributing to their fundraising efforts.
