Bryon: One of the things you don’t see online is what’s near the apartment, where the bus stops are, where there might be a park nearby.

Bryon: Something nice to study at, somewhere to get out, a coffee shop, restaurants. It’s educating yourself and the agent about what you like.

Byron: We do recommend that physical inspection, particularly for the international students because it gives them an opportunity.

Byron: The most common lease period will be 12 months, six months is another option.
Byron: We do 18 months and sometimes we do three months.

Byron: And it is refunded at the end of the lease period. If you treat the property well, you get your bond back.
