The opportunity

The Sanctuary project is a 1600 hectare property development opportunity located 60kms south east of Darwin on the Arnhem Highway.

The site has been fully master-planned into six development stages, consisting of seven commercial sites and 247 residential blocks (ranging in size from two to 162 hectares).

The two largest commercial sites have unobstructed road frontage on the Arnhem Highway, the main thoroughfare between Darwin and the UNESCO World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park.

All development approvals and major head works have been completed enabling the release of stage 1A to market. This includes land titles and secure access to water.

Why the Territory

Darwin, the closest Australian capital city to Asian markets, has international and domestic connectivity and a strong economy.

The site is close to well-known tourist attractions and surrounded by rapidly growing agribusiness industries providing significant potential and opportunity for developers and commercial operators.

Expressions of interest are sought from developers interested in purchasing the entire or partial property for development and maximising a location ideally positioned to become the Top End’s newest residential and lifestyle centre.
