Skill Up 2 Scale Up is a series of employability webinars and networking events organised by Kindness Shake for all international students in Darwin.
The event on 1 June focusses on the topic 'What employers are looking for: Employer's perspective on recruitment and insights on potential opportunities in IT'.
International students will:
- gain an understanding what companies and recruiters look for in a successful candidate
- learn about common problems and mistakes candidates make
- hear about key skills and behaviours needed for the workplace
- learn how to apply these lessons into their own job search and
- be able to create relationships with recruiters to advance their career standing.
